I'll let mother know you're awake, too, and you'll meet her tomorrow. It's been a while since someone from home visited... she can't wait to meet you, you know?

(And knowing his mother, she'll probably use their conversation to figure out which retainer to lend Flayn while she stays. Likely Fatima since they would have met by then but he knows better than to speak for his mother. She can speak for herself when they meet tomorrow.)
